Virtual Users

For each paid member you get 10 virtual users. Virtual users can not log in to the system and make changes.

The virtual users can be converted into real paid users. All of the information in the timeline of that user will stay in its place.

Having Virtual users allows you to plan everything before getting real paid users.

If certain teammates don't need to document their work, you don't have to buy memberships for them. As a manager, this allows you to keep a close watch on everything while minimizing unnecessary costs.

You have an audit agency. Instead of paying for each auditor to have memberships, the coordinator logs them in as virtual users. They still get tasks assigned to them, but the coordinator makes changes to the user lanes instead of them doing it themselves. This will keep you away from unnecessary expenses.

When inviting a team member, you will have an option to choose whether the member is virtual or a real invitation should be sent. In case a virtual user option is selected you are ready to go with that user.
