Risk Status Monitors
What Is It?
Risk Status Monitors keep you informed about your tasks at risk of incompletion, offering clarity on your progress when needed, through continuous task tracking and real-time analysis.
How It Works
Risk Status Monitors operate every 15 minutes, keeping a 1-week cycle that spans half a week before and half a week after the current date.
Unique Insights
The Risk Status Monitors assess the state of tasks based on their estimated timelines:
At Risk: A task is marked as ‘At Risk’ if it should already be ‘In Progress’ but remains in ‘To Do.’
At Danger: A task is flagged as ‘At Danger’ when 30% of its estimated time has passed, but it’s still in ‘To Do.’
Delayed: A task is considered ‘Delayed’ if it has reached the end of its estimated timeframe, should be ‘Done,’ but remains in ‘To Do.’
This feature smartly detects tasks at risk of incompletion and notifies the right people accordingly:
If a task is At Risk: Notifies the assignees directly.
If a task is At Danger or Delayed: Notifies the task representatives; if none are defined, it notifies the project representatives.
Risk Status Monitors can be tailored for each project when creating or updating a project. You can choose to disable the entire monitoring process or turn off just the notifications—allowing the system to continue monitoring and raising flags without alerts.
Currently, Risk Status Monitors are configured as a project-specific setting.
Risk Status Monitors start off disabled, you have the option to enable them at any time.
Access to enable or disable Risk Status Monitors is restricted to Admin roles and above.
How To Use
When creating or editing a project simply enable the Risk Status Monitors.
