Occupied Space
What Is It?
Occupied Spaces represent tasks from other boards or projects, clearly displaying a person’s current commitments to prevent overlaps and ensure seamless scheduling.
Unique Insights
Occupied Spaces are flexible but not directly movable; they automatically adjust whenever a user’s timeline changes. If an item overlaps with an existing Occupied Space, it will split to fit the updated schedule, ensuring tasks remain aligned.
When tasks are assigned from the Holistic Board, they show up as Occupied Spaces on all the initiative boards of that project and in other projects. Likewise, tasks from other projects appear as Occupied Spaces within the Holistic Board.
Clicking on an Occupied Space opens the task view, allowing you to see all its details.
How To Use
Assigning a task on one board will reflect it as an Occupied Space in other boards, ensuring visibility across projects.
