Initiative Boards
What is it?
The initiative board is one of the commonly used boards in the Task Sensor. This board encapsulates all the information you have created for it.
It serves as a board for storing all the information about specific initiatives only.
Unique insights and benefits
The Initiative board is connected to some integration apps (e.g. Slack). You can import tasks right from the apps to the board.
Besides the fact of its total encapsulation, the Initiative board displays "Occupied space" from the other boards, where the member is busy on other initiatives, to eliminate visual confusion.
Even if the space is occupied you can still use it (assign tasks, events, etc.). The changes will also affect the other boards splitting and adjusting the task previously assigned for that period.
The Initiative board is great when working with multiple small teams.
The system will notify about delays, mentioning the exact board where the delayed task is.
