Auto-Adjustment

What is it?

Auto adjusting edits the timeline by shifting or repositioning all the other elements in the user lane.
Working in harmony with various of our features such as auto-splitting, assigning, shifting, re-estimating and more, the Auto-adjusting serves as the protector of your timeline and accuracy, ensuring seamless operation by repositioning all the other elements in the user lane.
Auto adjusting is a great example of our vision which lies in life-work balance. We try to make as many processes automatic as we can. This is done to minimize time waste and allow workers to have more time to focus on living their best lives.
Auto adjusting naturally leads you to be ahead of time and have full control over the entire working process.

When features such as auto-splitting, assigning, shifting, re-estimating happen or simply an event or a spike appears the system causes the auto adjust to work. Elements get splitted (if necessary) and adjusted all by themselves. This means that all that is left to do is assigning tasks and watching real time changes happen.
Auto adjusting lets you see the upcoming problems and be a proactive manager. It is obvious that solving an issue beforehand is a lot better than a hasty decision at the last moment.
It is also important to mention that in case of any changes no information gets lost. Everything is still in place. You shift the elements and not the information.

You work with your whole team on an MVP milestone and some changes come. Obviously you have to add new tasks to the system. You assign a task that is now a higher priority to a worker who is already working on something else. Auto split segments the task by putting the new one as a priority while auto adjusting the worker's timeline and visually highlighting the affect of your changes on the timeline.
