Task States

Automated monitors

What Is It?

Task states are automated monitors that display the flow of tasks when needed, indicating whether they are at risk, in danger, delayed, in progress, or done. Even in progress tasks can also be marked as at risk, in danger, or delayed.

When a task is completed but was previously at risk, delayed, or in danger, an indicator will show on the block. A task is considered at risk if it hasn't started yet but was supposed to, or if the preceding task is in danger or delayed. A task is marked as in danger when it is nearing its due date but isn't finished. Delayed applies to tasks that are late with their delivery dates.

Task states can be toggled on and off in the settings and work with integration apps to send notifications about task flow. They appear in any view, ensuring you always have a clear understanding of your project's status.
