Auto Splittable Tasks

Tasks are assignments given to the employees. It is the minimal building block in our system. Tasks can be defined by type and priority. You can convert it to an initiative, a story, a task, an improvement or a bug. If those are not suitable for you, just add yours by customizing the types and adding your own icons the way your heart desires.

Naturally intertwined with items in your timeline. E.g. offtimes, events, spikes and more.

Tasks can be splitted and deprioritized in case of collision with locked periods or other elements including other tasks. In such a case auto splitting and auto adjusting will work rearranging everything.

The segments can be used as unique task blocks from the Kanban, List, and other designated views while seen in the Holistic view as individual timeline-keeping blocks. This allows you to have control over both timelines and tasks.

Even if your task is splitted you can still see and use it as a single group from Kanban, List views.

Tasks are collidable. You can combine segments from the same task back together by simply dropping one on another.

Tasks have a description section in them. You can write notes, and add pictures and videos to the tasks.

When a new task is added it will automatically adjust to the closest available spot.

The use of the Tasks feature is really easy. Simply give it a name and you are ready to go with it.
