Status Flow
What is it?
Every new project comes with a set of default automated status flows. The default statuses are TODO, IN PROGRESS, and DONE.
Unique insights and benefits
You can fully customize the statuses, add yours, and name them however you want. The custom statuses will be made around the already existing principles we have.
During the project creation, the status template can be copied from another existing project. Changes made in the copy will not affect the original project.
Added statuses will be available in the Task view. The newly added statuses will become a new column in the Kanban View.
Examples
You have a team that works on development. After finishing the work, the task will need to go to the QA state to be tested before marking it as done. You will need a status for this state(ready for QA). You add the status and start using it to make the organizing process easier.
How to use
Access from the project management page. Make the necessary changes, confirm them, and your changes will be reflected in the project.
